Which 95 A6Q should I get

Appreciate anyone's feedback on my "delima" and two questions at the end.

First. Two local dealers have the following 95 A6Q's and I am trying to figure out which is 
the better "value". Primarily, resale value since I put 120 miles a day on my car. If I could 
find a 92-94 100CSQ, I prefer those since the CS had everything, while starting in 95 
everything came with option and these are really "base" models with quattro. Anyway:

1. Black/black, cloth, 5 speed, audi gamma (no bose), steel sunroof (couldn't believe 
that in a 95), maual front passenger seat, quattro, 70k miles, heated seats
2. Brown/tan, leather, AT, audi gamma (no bose), ditto on the steel sunroof, manual 
front passenger seat, quattro, 84k miles, heated seats

Questions:
1 - I have a factory cd player from a previous CS model with the bose. CAn a dealer 
wire the audi gamma in the 95 model with this factory cd? Didn't the sterio change in the 
95 and new models? Should I look for the "mode"button and will that tell me if I can add 
the cd player or not?
2 - I am more worried about selling the car in a year or two with adding a lot of miles. I 
know listers love 5 speed, but can't always count on being able to sell it to a lister, so the 
5 speed worries me, although I would enjoy it more.  Should I be concerned about 
resale of a high mile 5 speed quattro?
