Valve Guides Removal help please!

Hi Listers!

I wanted to ask the "tech guys" over here (like Huw and the others) what's 
the procedure for the valve guides R&R on a 10 valve cylinder head. I've 
seen in the archives that someone once destroyed a 5k NA head trying to 
remove the guides...
How do I do it correctly and how do I refit the new ones afterwards?
Another question: how can I get those d*mn injector inserts out of the 
head???? I have the correct size (11mm) hex key, one is out but the four 
others won't move, I ve even somewhat destroyed the hex-shaped fitting but 
those s**tty plastic bits won't move a 60th of a turn!!
Help! Do I have to completely destroy them or simply heating the area will 
help me do the job?
