Let me remind everyone that you are responsible for what you post on
this site and this is merely a public forum.  The gentleman in question
feels he is being slandered, so if you do post anything about this
subject, please make sure that you can back up your words if necessary.

I think at this point we can consider the matter closed.  If you see him
reappear on ebay in some other form, please let ebay know if you choose.
