CIS turbo power/boost limits

Unless I've been figuring something wrong, Guage Pressure=14.7 PSI(over
atmospheric) is 2Bar > 1.8 Bar.  I think 20 PSI is mor like 2.3

Well, not to shed any light on your question, but there is no
contradiction or disagreement there, is there?  1.8 bar *is* in excess
of 20 psi, right?
