NAC : Mazda 929

Excuse me for asking this question on this list but a friend of mine has
electrical problems with is Mazda 929 (the engine won't start and before
he often had to turn off/ on the ignition key when driving). I suppose
it is engine mangement system problem but  it seems difficult to get
information (wiring diagrams, suggestions...) about this car. Does
someone of you know where I can get this information (website, mailing
list...) ?
