Little Red Ticket Machine

Sometimes I wonder if the color / model of car makes that big of difference.
Case in point was a ticket I received in May. I was driving our white '92
Plymouth Voyager w/ 150k on the clock (with original suspension to boot,
very sloppy on the hwy above 70 mph) to pick up some parts for a MGB I am
restoring. Was on the PA turnpike, right lane, 75-80 mph in a line of maybe
10 other cars. I was second to the end, with a red Pontiac Grand Am behind
me. I had my radar detector on, and it never made a beep. My guess is that
he gunned the lead car, not me. I asked the cop why I was pulled over, and
not one of the other 10. His reply: "I saw you had a radar detector on your
windshield." Bastard...$150 and 4 points in a minivan. I generally drive my
green '92 100S at 80+ on the hwy, and in 5 years of ownership have never
even been pulled over.
