Turn Lamp Resistor? (Scientific Type Peoples with Equations)

    It's about time to install the RS2 lights into the 90.  I have to repair
the harness a little, just extend the positive line and put a ring end on
it, nothing major, just a little fried.  Though I didn't save the resistors
I had used previously for the turn signals.  The stock corner bulbs are 21W
and the bulbs in the RS2 city lamps are 5W.  Looked around for 21W push-in
type bulbs to no avail to replace the 5W bulb in there.  So can someone
refresh me on what resistor I will need to get proper draw?  I don't
remember the math on this one at all.
