Any misspelling as a sole reason for dismissal may be an overstatement but,
depending on circumstances, you *might* be able to attack an officer's
credibility and perception of what happened if the ticket is filled with
errors as to location, time and such.  It may add something for the judge to
consider if it boils down to conflicting testimony between you and the cop.
