 I looked at ETKA and Audi 90 '89 has same motor assembley.  So, here is adjusting
procedure from Bentley manual:
- close sunroof (flap is down)
- remove motor assembley
- disengage gear moving lever all the way towards plastic gear
- using 4mm allen wrench turn plastic gear (small one) clockwise until blue (lower if you
face the plastic gears) microswitch turns off and tab on the smaller  plastic gear is
aligned with a hole in the bigger  plastich gear. This is zero position.
- install motor.
This will make motor to stop  when sunroof is fully open or closed.
