Near ticket experiences (helpfull hints)

My brother was pulled over after being radared in a prototype, twin-turbo 
300ZX, in a residential area in L.A., all four wheels off the ground! With a 
combination of groveling, apologizing, and politeness he got a warning.  The 
cop even commented on his fine attitude.  I was envious of his luck/skill 
with the cop, but more jealous that he got paid to drive such beasts.  It's 
suprising how many evaluation drives go home on a flatbed.
