They make a special tool to pull injectors.  I've
never used or even seen one.  I used a wrench under
the larger nut.(12mm under 14mm I believe) and pried
on that with a big screwdriver while I pulled and
wiggled the line.  Mine came right out.  Then just use
the 12mm and 14mm wrenches to loosen and replace the
injectors.  They will just press back into the head. 
They kind of snap in.  You will feel when they are in
and they won't pull back out easily.  That's it.  Some
of the places are kind of tight, but it's not THAT
bad, at least in my experience.
