Four off the ground (kill switch)

lost the original post, but in reference to Huw's favor to having a kill
switch to prevent car's running away and killing someone.

Automaker's could install internal/external kill switches straight off of
the race car kill switch lines. Added advantage, one of my friends is a
volunteer firefighter, been that for many years. In passing, happened to
mention that my type 44's battery is under the back seat, brought up
because my jumper post is not working and I recently had helped jump
start a car. He said, "I always wondered where the battery was on
those....haven't needed to shut one down yet, but you never know....."

A universally mounted kill switch on all cars would solve that sort of
problem right off!
