Disabling Servtronic

i dont think the a4's had it, i have changed racks on
both the 1.8t and the 2.8 and neither have had any
wires going to them, and you should be able to feel
that it does not have it, your s6 you can turn with
your pinky, the a4 needs much more effort !!
