For insertion I picked up a 3/4" - 1" coupling, which threads on the
same plug as the removal setup.  The 1" end is large enough to push the
bushing in by its outer sleeve area properly.

I had to rearrange some of the other bits (I used a couple of big
washers and the 3/4" coupling in place of the 2" pipe & cap) since the
bolt wasn't quite long enough to get started with the same setup.  Then
put the 2" bits back in to finish drawing the bushing into place.

Last night I swapped my four front CA bushings.  No sweat, takes about
20 seconds to remove them and 1 minute to install.  (With just hand
powered tools of course it would take more time and effort.)

no fire, no smoke, no cutting!
