Power steering seal kit available from UK dealer?

Bentley describes the tool you need for removing the caps.  On the Western
side of the Atlantic we call it a drag link socket.   You guys probably
have some quaint alternative term for it.   Bentley suggests using a 1/2"
drive drag link socket and grinding 1 mm off each end of the blade because
it's that much too long to fit the grooves in the cap.  The socket goes on
a hand-impact, but I couldn't manage stabilizing the pump, twisting the
hand impact and swinging a hammer in the direction of my fingers, so I used
an air impact for loosening.  I used the socket on a torque wrench for
tightening after replacing the O-ring.

I think leaks begin primarily because the O-rings have hardened and lost
their ability to seal.  If that's happened to the front of the pump, it's
probably also happened to the one sealing the two halves also.  I'd redo
the whole thing rather than just the caps.
