Don't have to. Transfer each brass "pin" from the old barrel to the
new. Check by inserting the key. Piece of cake. If you're nervous
about mixing them up, mark the old body and the head of each pin with
a sharpie somehow..but even if you dropped them all on the floor, you
have a 50% chance of getting the right pin within half the number of
pin slots(5? 6? I can't remember) and each pin gets progressively
easier.
The locks work -so- much better when you take them apart completely,
clean them thoroughly, and reinstall. If you ever have reason to
take the door panel off, do the lock and door handle(particularly
non-flush door handles, which can be completely disassembled,
cleaned/polished with a mototool wire wheel, lubed, and reassembled
to work good as new.)
