Autocheck headlight + relay

I'll install relays on the headlights on my '90 200TQ soon, and I
wondered how I could avoid the autocheck triggering. If it compares
current stream, why does it trigger if I use one relay on each light,
so it has got the same load (from the relay)? I'll run the hot wires
to the alternator terminal, will be nice getting power to the lights,
right now, I have a huge voltage drop between the battery and bulbs..
Is there no other ways of avoiding the warning than jumpering the
relay or running the new power wires through it?
