Yea, I bet if you got a larger more efficient turbo,
even at the same boost level you will get lot's more
power.  If you have the stock turbo, it's working it's
ass off to get that power.  My car is unbelievably
faster at the same boost level after I got rid of the
CIS restrictions.  Air flow is a good thing.
