If the misspelling appeared on evidence, such as the summons itself, you
*might* have a shot. If *that* were the case, you'd have to call the summons
into evidence, and then prove that it was in error. Some judges might
dismiss on the grounds of faulty evidence, others would ignore and carry on.

Since this is a notice (administrative), you're prolly outta luck. You can
certainly raise the point, gently, but you'll either get a laugh or a frown.
A laugh means you'll get off a bit more lightly, a frown means it didn't
help. :)
