    Well his motivation is that it's a small town, I've got a college
parking tag hanging from my rearview, it's a shiny red Audi, need I say
more.  I am the perfect candidate to be stopped.  I still don't get how he
ever got a radar fix on me.  I have pics tomorrow afternoon and you'll see
what I mean!
