Hi,

Can't comment on the facts of your speeding, but Canadians who fail to pay
their US tickets are required to take up H1b status and return to the scene
of the crime and ride with "cops" as they give tickets.  BTW, the $20 was a
tip;  the real ticket is for $45.  Are there any other reasons for severely
curtailling the activities of traffic cops?
