marketplace woes

As the person that wrote the marketplace, I'm disturbed that listers would
be ripping other listers off. Stephen: make every attempt to contact this
person to resolve the dispute in a private matter before airing out
his/her name and email address, etc. on the list.
I, for one, advocate that if something has gone sour, you might as well
let everyone else know before someone else gets burned. Also, it gives the
other party a chance to defend themselves publicly against accusation. But
caution -- do not go slandering people on list or off without just cause,
it isn't a Goot Thing(tm).
Hopefully, you'll get this resolved. There usually is some good
explanation for why things aren't going the way you planned. Let's give
the other guy a chance.
