99 A8 radio/climate control

Just thought I'd give this one a shot on the list, because Audi is less than helpful... :)- I've got a 99 A8 at work that was involved in a minor collision at the left rear, and now the radio and climate control are completely dead. No display, lights, etc... Everything is in place and intact, and the airbags were not deployed.  Any ideas?
