Pulling feeling in the front right

All,

My wife's V8 has developed a very odd pulling sensation when driving.
Basically it feels like it is grabbing and pulling to the right and then it
releases.  It feels like it is coming from the front right side of the car.
It is sporadic but appears to happen around 25 - 35 MPH.  We recently put it
up on a hoist and it doesn't appear as if anything is loose.  Could it be
from the front diff?  I am at a total loss, in case it isn't obvious!

Anybody have any ideas as to what it might be...we are certainly getting
nervous about driving it.
