I think it looks great!

The only thing I would criticize is that the TM circle is
unproportinatelly small. Depending how this is going to be produced it
may completily dissappear, or it will just look like dirt.

Would it be possible to increase the size inough that it is legible? It
will not ruin the design, because it is part of the logo.
