fuel injectors for MC in KH engine?

I got a new one today...what would benefit or disadvantage would there be in
using the later style Bosch injectors for the MC motor in a KH motor? I
assume the flow would be increased in the later version. Or maybe it's just
a better design??? I don't know if changing the flow patterns in a CIS
system would be good....unlike EFI which is not a big deal for most EFI
ecu's. Also is viton the way to go or will the steel ones be ok? I remember
the metal ones were a bit cheaper and I think they were OE for the KH.
