9004 vs 9007

I am looking into upgrading the headlights on my 4000. I have already
installed relays and 12 gauge wiring to the sockets, and am now
considering new bulbs.  I have read that the 9007 is a good option on
these cars, but what about the 9004HO bulbs, or for that matter,
9007HO?  Any experiences with any of these options?  Or would I be
better off installing some decent driving lamps?
