200tq ABS problem?

think it's something to do with a wedge of snow
building up at the front of a sliding tyre which
apparently gives more braking force...turn the abs
on...no sliding tyre...no wedge and less force

It's always been my biggest grumble about
quattro...you can accelerate in any conditions but
when you need to stop the normal laws of physics kick
in
