CV Joint Removal

I have started some winter maintenance on my 100 quattro. Everything has
been fairly simple with the exception of the rear driver side CV joint
shaft removal. I was able to remove after unbolting the other 3, but
this one is not coming out. Are there any reasons for this did I miss a
hidden bolt? I hope to replace the boot and so on as the others have
been but I don't know how to get this one out. Any ideas? Doug
