Spacers stuck to hub

I have a big problem with my V8. The spacers, which are needed for the
summer wheels to clear the UFOs, are completely stuck in front. Not to
the hub, but to the part that sticks out in the middle. The spacers
are made of aluminium, and they have probably "welded" themselves to
the centre of the hub. How do I get this (excuse my language) f****
thing off? I don't care if the spacer gets damaged, I'm tired of
dealing with them, they always make some problems. I've tried bending
it off, not a movement. Prying it off, useless. I need the car
tomorrow and can't figure out a way to get those things off. Any good
tips?
