What is the lowest height to run a 84' 4000 S Quattro sedan???

I want to lower my 84' 4000S Quattro project for use on the track? What do
you guys recommend? H&R springs?, Ground Control coil overs?,  Boge shocks,?
How low, 2"? Were at a dillema as she is a Quatro. PLEASE HELP!!
