Best All-Season on Snow?

If all your driving is on snow and ice in the winter the Blizzak is
your best choice. I had them on one of my 5k tq. Most of the time
however, the roads are dry or maybe wet in the winter (around here
anyway), and there is no point having them.

Now I am driving on the Nokian Hakka NRW, and they suit that perfectly.
They also grip very well in snow.
