1) visit this link:
http://www.audifans.com/mailman/listinfo

2) choose the list you are subscribed to

3) login using details found in the monthly reminder email sent by
mailman-owner at audifans.com

4) choose unsubscribe...

the only tricky bit is finding your login and password...
but if you look for anything sent from the address above you should be right...
