Unfortunately, it looks like 5 cylinders is conveniently skipped in the
listed sequence of available direct fire setups.
I'm not sure, but it seems like it's because the direct ignition setup uses
the "wasted spark", 2 cylinders per coil method, like my Saturn. I think
that only works with even numbers of cylinders.
I didn't see any reference to knock sensing ability either. :-(
