CF wheels

If you shatter a CF wheel an aluminum wheel would have broken also.  The
properties of cf depend on what polymers are used.  Look at F1 nose cones,
they are designed to 'absorb' 40 g's of force in a crash, the nose cone does
a controlled crumble.  I would love to see steel, alum, or chromemoly do
that.  If the wheels are TUV approved there would be no question of their
strength or reliability.
