Do you mean the oil seems to be coming from the ends of the hoses where
there are largish bolts holding them to the pump?

It seems highly unlikely that both fittings would develop leaks. I'd guess
the leak actually is either from the center of the pump (it splits apart
between the two rearmost of the three hoses) or from the front of the pump
and running back along the pump to where you see it at the hose ends.

When you attempted to tighten the bolts at the hose ends, did they
move? They're supposed to be torqued only to 25 ft. lb. (rearmost hose)
and 30 ft. lb.

Anyway, try drying the entire area off by wiping repeatedly with paper
towels or rags. Then run the engine briefly and try to determine where the
oil has begun to seep from by dabbing/examining, dabbing/examining, etc.,
with a clean paper towel.

If you find the leak is, indeed, from the hose connection to the pump, you
probably have the O-ring type of hose end seal and the O-ring has hardened
with age and lost its ability to seal. There would be an O-ring in a
groove on both faces of the hose end fitting.
