Need a brake pressure regulator ASAP, PLEASE!!!!!

I need a brake pressure regulator for my 1984 4000S Quattro sedan. I lost all
brake power tonight. A tech condemed the pressure regulator located under the
master cylinder, stating that the brake pedal lines are blowing air.  My
master cylinder looks good but I don't know. With power off I have rear
brakes and no front brakes. But with engine running, I don't have anything.
PLEASE HELP!!
