Dealer part...they look right smart on a type 44, IMHO.  They also
keep the undercarriage plastic liner stuff from breaking up right
near the wheel well, and keep the rear underside of the bumper cover
from getting all torn up.  Highly recommended.

Check the Audifans website for parts places.  Try Carlsen on the west
coast, Clair on the east.
