Not that wrong, but the Euro-2144 cc FWD cars had 130 BHP while the early
quattros ('83-'84 80q) had 136 BHP....The only difference between the KE
(FWD) and the KK (80q) engines were the exhaust systems, everything else
(including the cams and 9.3:1 CR) being the same....that is to say a
quattro exhaust system is good for at least a 6BHP increase in a FWD car...

The same is true with the american CGTs and 4kqs, the CGT had 115HP and the
4kq had 122 HP. (DIN)

The swedish and swiss markets had a KL engined 80q that put out only 130
HP, but that is due to some emissions controlling exhausts...

As for the Euro 2.2 and 2.3 engines, the 2.2 had 136 BHP while the 2.3 only
133 because of the "cat"...the 2.3's torque is also lower than the 2.2's
and obtained at higher RPMs (4500 vs 3500)...

That's my 0.02 Euro....
