Kawasaki (I think?) had that perception problem a few years ago w/a single
fork (knife?) shock.

Race cars are held together w/carbon fiber, resin, kevlar, oatmeal w/epoxy,
etc., why not passenger cars? Cost and perception, repair-ability?  Kinda
like HDTV--not taking off like the powers that be wanted it too. Cost,
resistance from broadcasters, 60 years of re-runs in standard definition,
yadda I'm rambling someone stop me cut off my coffee now..!
