If you notice, it says "2002 schedule under development."  I think
Chris Miller, told me that the event is usually announced end of
December, and sufficient time is given to get your app ready.

I've been trying to get into the event for 3-4 years now; pretty much
each year, I forget to watch out for the announcements and/or I don't
get my app in -right- away, so it's my own fault...
