Larry,
No problem. I'm probably forgoing the SASE route anyway, as I've just set up
a PayPal account, which is safer and more convenient for everyone. I will
ship in a commercial padded envelope or floppy disk mailer. I'm just trying
to keep the cost low for everyone. It seems an acceptable risk to use a
padded envelope or disk mailer and first class mail for a board that's only
3 x 5 cm and $10. If someone wants special shipping (boxes, overnight,
track-able, etc.) it's going to have to cost extra. It just doesn't seem
worth it when the costs for stuff like that starts to approach 50% of the
cost of the product.

Scott, don't send the boards in an envelope. Too possible to crack
the
boards due to lack of support. You'd need to get a padded box
(small)
just to be safe. Ask the PC board supplier if he has appropriate
shipping
boxes, this would be easier for you than shlepping around to find
appropriate ones.
