How to remove door control panel on 80Q?

Yeah Tom,
There is one screw on each side of the door plus one at the door handle but
that's not what he is doing. You only need to remove those three screws if
you are removing the entire door panel. He is just removing the control
module for the windows and mirrors so those last three can remain!!

Aren't there any screws in the door jamb area? I seem to recall a screw
near the top of the panel...
