HELP!!! '91 100 FUEL LEAK - bigger job than it seems.

I have BTDT with this and ended up replacing both steel fuel lines from
front to back, and if you try to fix yours, you likely will have to fix
another section (no disrespect intended to those who may have gotten away
with just fixing one hole).
What happens is that when you start moving the lines around to cut them and
get the rubber splice on, you weaken the already weak sections that are held
in the other grommets. For the last 10 years, water, salt and dirt have
gotten in-between the grommet and the fuel line and friction and time have
done the rest. On mine, the fuel line was visibly thinner at EACH grommet.
My suggestion, from experience, is that it is time to replace them all,
front to back. I used generic steel lines (brake/fuel from NAPA) bent to
shape but someone mentioned flexible copper lines and I wish I had used that
as it would have been easier to bend to fit.
Oh, and if you are anywhere in a salt belt, don't even THINK about trying to
undo the fittings attached to the fuel accumulator (or whatever it is) near
the gas tank. Use rubber high pressure fuel line to attach the new steel
lines to the old steel lines right at the back.
