urgent help needed - procedure for front door panel removal on '95 90Q

Anyone have instructions for removing the front door panels on the 90's of this
vintage (or other similar door panels)?

I've removed the rears before, but this seems to be a different animal at least in
terms of fastening hardware.  So far I've found and removed the 2 screws near the
seal at the lower edge of the window and the one that hides in behind the inside
door handle.  I'd have to think there's some more serious hardware near the handgrip
(as on the rear doors) that has to be removed before I can pull up on the panel.
I'm getting hesitant about trying to pry or loosen any of the molded plastic pieces
that make up the handgrip for fear of breaking them - especially with the
window/mirror control switches so close by.

I need to try and get this removed and reinstalled tonight if possible so any advice
would be great and the faster the better.  Thanks in advance,
