AT fluid for my 97 A-6 Quattro

Hi,

I am new to this list and have a couple questions:

First, can I do a search of the archives?  I tried and failed.

Second, because I cannot get the search to work I could not find out what is
the best AT fluid to use in my A-6.  I did find someone talking about
redline, I saw another website recommending Castrol Dex (For automatic
trans.).  I am very skeptical about putting something not recommended by
Audi but also want performance and affordability.  Can someone help me?
