phildoddtuning at mindspring.com. He's my brother in law and was the first person to pass Range Rovers Master Tech exam. He worked on them for about 7 or 8 years and won various awards and competition. Mention in your reply that you got the info from me, Gary Brown, on this list.
PS: He also tunes 2 and 4 stroke road race bikes for WERA and AMA guys.
