200tqw info please

  Listers,

  I' just happened upon a what seems to be an
exceptional lookin 89 200tqw with 202k
 I just got off the phone with the owner car is at a
car wash for sale and he was telling me a little about
the history of the car
some things he said were the cars been serviced
regularly, all electrical works windows, sunroof, dash
lights, ect..
 a few things I noticed were a cracked driver side
light a cracked rear pass side turn signal the coolant
was all most at the bottom of the tank could be a
leak? and it was green,
hydrolic fluid was correct but again all most at the
bottom of the fill bottle, leak?
 I'm going to drive it Saturday to take a better look
but other than that the car looked real nice
 Pearl with matching BBS rims good tread on Falkon
tires (aqua tread looking tires like the Goodyeard)
black leather heated seats the inside is real nice as
well the wood surround is perfect. I don't mind
replacin lights and such just don't want to have to
put a new clutch in it in 3 months BTDT on a 5kq and
the price seems to be real reasonable at $1,700 only.
 Any info the 200tqw's would be great
