4KQ-Cam shaft

Good morning everyone.

I am going to replace the hydraulic valve lifters in
my 86-4k-CSQ and I would like to install an upgraded
camshaft while I am at it.  I came across this package
upgrade from Blau-sport that contains: valve lifters,
cam-shaft and gasket kit.  Does anyone on the list
know anything about this package?? or does anyone
recommend any particular cam-shaft and lifter
combination etc.
