Sounds like you should know what to look for. It has the same potential
probs as your 5KQ. Sounds like you should do a pressure test of the
cooling system and/or a through and through visual of the cooling system,
and search the steerign rack for Pentosin leaks. CHeck the bomb and all
those other things. I can't recall whom on the list has a check out list
for the type 44, but it was pretty comprehensive. It's sad to hear that
my Pearl 200Q is probably worth less than $1700 since it has a few, ahem,
problems (working on them). It's real clean inside and out though....
